Each TS Warrior Player controller is produced and customized by hand. We offer several delivery options so that you can receive your TS Warrior Player controller as soon as possible. The delivery time includes the manufacture of the controller and the estimated delivery time. Please take into account our opening hours: Monday to Friday from 11 am to 7 pm. • We are closed on the 25th and 26th of December and the 1st of January.

Of course. We repair your TS Warrior Player controller whenever you need it. The cost of repair and maintenance is done on request. The values of repair or maintenance are aligned with the values of the online store. All repairs and maintenance have a 90-day limited warranty. Any cost for the return and delivery of the controllers is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a delivery service with a registration number and insurance against damage and loss. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your controller. As all TS Warrior Player controllers are customised to the buyer's needs, there is a 15% return cost for returned products. If the returned controller shows any damage due to excessive use, additional fees may be applied to the return of the products taking into account the cost of repair or replacement.

We have a 90-day warranty that ensures the aesthetic and operating conditions of the controller  upon delivery. The warranty does not cover damage due to wear or excessive use, spillage of  liquids and food on and inside the controller.
